IP Addresses and File Lists Are Not Proof: RIAA is "Wrong"

This is a comment posted in Ray Beckerman's (lawyer for the case involving the single mother vs. RIAA) blog. It is long, but worth reading . The commenter explains that IP adresses and file lists are not evidence. It's is hard to sum up in a few sentences, so go take 5 minutes to read this. Finally we got some leverage against the RIAA.
